It is used in the series of microwave dielectric resonators and other environmental protection products. Good coating operability, dense surface of silver layer after high-temperature sintering, good conductivity, excellent weldability and welding resistance, strong adhesion and good quality reliability. It does not contain harmful substances such as Pb and CD (in accordance with RoHS 2.0).
1. HS-601S product is an external electrode paste for low temperature co fired ceramics (LTCC), which is applied to the surface top & BTM of the product and co fired with the ceramic body;
2. HS-603I product is used for inner electrode paste of low temperature co fired ceramics (LTCC);
3. HS-605T product is a silver paste for low temperature co fired ceramic (LTCC) end electrode, which belongs to post fired silver paste;
4. HS-607V products are used for low temperature co fired ceramic (LTCC) hole filling paste;
This series of products is composed of silver powder, glass powder, polymer resin, organic solvents, inorganic additives and so on. It has good printing and cutting properties, excellent electrical conductivity, and good co firing characteristics with porcelain. It does not contain harmful substances such as Pb and CD (in accordance with C 2.0).
1. HS-702S is an environmentally friendly surface electrode paste applied to alumina ceramic substrate;
2. HS-702V is an environmentally friendly porous electrode paste applied to alumina ceramic substrate.
This series of products have good printing performance and operation. After high-temperature sintering, the silver layer has dense surface, good conductivity, strong adhesion and good quality reliability. It does not contain harmful substances such as Pb and CD (in accordance with RoHS 2.0).
